What data is collected

The quote form collects your name, email, phone number, the postcode of the project location, and the information you provide about your project (dimensions, liner wanted, timing, message, optional photos).

What this data is used for

Your contact details and the information submitted about your project are used by the partner workshop to review your request and get back to you directly with a first estimate — never for other third-party commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

Recipients of your data

Your data is intended for NEWP and the partner workshop in charge of manufacturing, for a first estimate and, where applicable, manufacturing and delivery.

Third-party provider used for the form

This site's form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service that relays requests received to our email address (contact@newp.fr). FormSubmit only processes the data for the time it takes to send the message — see FormSubmit's privacy policy.

Retention period

Quote requests are kept for 3 years from the last contact with you — the maximum period recommended by the CNIL for commercial prospecting data — then deleted. A different period may apply once a quote becomes an order, to meet accounting and warranty obligations.
